Very convenient location, front desk staff was helpful with questions about the local neighborhood.

A little noisy in one of the rooms facing the street, but otherwise very comfortable.

The hotel is close to the 14 tram, so you are about 10 mins from the center of the city. It looks like the new metro station will be opening right at the corner, so that should make it really convenie...
Areas for improvement:
It is a little far away from the actions if you only spend a day or so in Milan.
